According to Checkersrallys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Checkersrallys will furnish franchisees with its standard site selection criteria for Restaurants, as it may establish at any time and from time to time. Checkersrallys also will provide on-site evaluation of sites proposed pursuant as it deems necessary or appropriate.

However, the FDD also states that if Checkersrallys suggests, approves, or gives information regarding a site, its action is not a representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, of the site's suitability for a Restaurant or any other purpose. Checkersrallys does not represent that they, or any of their Affiliates, owners, employees or agents, have special expertise in selecting sites. Checkersrallys's action indicates only that they believe that the site meets their then acceptable criteria and not that a Restaurant will be profitable or successful at the site.

Therefore, while Checkersrallys offers site selection assistance and may provide on-site evaluations, the ultimate responsibility for selecting a suitable and profitable location rests with the franchisee. The franchisee must conduct their own independent investigation to determine if the site is appropriate for a Checkersrallys restaurant.
