Where does Checkersrallys provide the Multi-Unit Management on-the-job training for franchisees or operation partners?

According to the 2025 Checkersrallys Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes hands-on training covering all phases of restaurant operations. This includes food preparation, equipment operation and maintenance, cost control, inventory control, and basic management techniques. The training program is similar for both Checkers and Rally's Restaurants, with some variations based on preparation methods.

The in-store training may be conducted at a Restaurant in Florida or another designated city outside of Florida. The training period lasts between 4 and 5 weeks, depending on the trainee's background and experience, proximity, and availability.
