What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Checkersrallys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Delivery Administration Fee is 2% of the total price charged to a customer for delivered products from a third-party delivery service provider (DSP) approved by Checkersrallys. This fee is paid bi-monthly.

This fee is only applicable if the franchisee is eligible to provide delivery services, elects to do so, and enters into the Delivery Program participation agreement. Checkersrallys negotiates the terms with the DSPs, and franchisees must comply with all agreements Checkersrallys negotiates with any DSP.

This means that if a Checkersrallys franchisee chooses to participate in the delivery program, they will need to remit 2% of all delivery order revenue to Checkersrallys on a bi-monthly basis. This fee covers Checkersrallys's administration of the delivery program and its relationships with third-party delivery services. Franchisees should consider this ongoing fee when evaluating the potential profitability of offering delivery services.
