You must replace any manager who fails to successfully complete a training program or who is otherwise not qualified to manage a Restaurant. We will not charge any fees for 2 attendees attending the initial training program. We may charge fees for additional attendees and for you and your personnel attending any additional training programs, whether optional or mandatory. You will be responsible for all compensation and expenses (including travel, meals and lodging) incurred in connection with any training programs. Neither you nor your employees will receive any compensation from us for services performed during training.

According to Checkersrallys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Checkersrallys does not charge a fee for the initial training program for two attendees. However, the franchisee is responsible for all compensation and expenses, including travel, meals, and lodging, incurred in connection with any training programs. Neither the franchisee nor their employees will receive any compensation from Checkersrallys for services performed during training.
Checkersrallys may charge fees for additional attendees beyond the initial two and for any additional training programs, whether optional or mandatory. The initial training program is required for the franchisee (or the Operating Partner) and any general managers who have not managed a restaurant within the preceding 18 months. This training must be completed before the restaurant's opening date.
The initial training program covers all phases of restaurant operations, including food preparation, equipment operation and maintenance, cost control, inventory control, and basic management techniques. The in-store training is conducted at a restaurant in Florida or another designated city for 4 to 5 weeks, depending on the trainee's background and experience. Checkersrallys may also conduct portions of the classroom training online, typically 30 to 90 days before the restaurant opens.
