What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Checkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Order Ahead Program Administration Fee is 2% of the total price charged to a customer who orders approved food, beverage, and other items through the optional Order Ahead Program. This fee is paid bi-monthly.
This fee is only applicable if a franchisee is eligible for and elects to participate in the Order Ahead Program, which allows customers to pre-order items for pick-up from Checkers restaurants. Franchisees must also enter into an Order Ahead Program Participation Agreement.
Checkers negotiates the terms and conditions with service providers for the Order Ahead Program, and franchisees are required to comply with all applicable agreements that Checkers negotiates with these service providers.
