You or your approved managers will supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of your employees so that they provide competent and efficient service to customers.
You will ensure that the day-to-day operation of the Franchised Business is always actively managed by an Operating Manager who has attended and successfully completed such training as we may require from time to time.
(3) The Operating Manager will ensure at all times the proper levels of customer service in accordance with the Operations Manual and this Agreement.
(6) The Managing Owner and the Operating manager must attend and complete to Franchisor's satisfaction such training programs as Franchisor prescribes including the initial training referred to in clause 3 (which may be conducted in whole or in part at any place designated by Franchisor).

Franchisees must also ensure that their operating manager exerts full-time efforts towards the franchise's operation.
Chatime also provides a required series of ongoing competency-based training for franchisees, senior managers, and any guarantors throughout the term of the agreement. This ongoing training ensures that franchisees and their staff remain up-to-date with the latest standards and procedures for providing high-quality customer service. The Operations Manual, which is provided to franchisees, contains mandatory and suggested standards, operating procedures, and rules that Chatime prescribes for the system, further guiding franchisees in maintaining service quality.
