Mr. Wang has been a director in us and our parent Chatime Global LLC since our inception in July 2022 until the present. Mr. Wang founded La Kaffa and has been La Kaffa's Chairman and President since February 2004 until the present. Mr. Wang has been the chairman of Chatime USA since January 2014 until the present, and was the President of Chatime USA from January 2014 to December 2019. All of these positions are or were located in Zhubei City, Taiwan.
The System's reputation and goodwill are based upon the sale of high-quality products and the provision of high-quality service. You will conform to ourstandards of quality, safety, cleanliness, appearance and service. We anticipate that ourstandards will change over time, and you will adhere to these changes.
You may only market, offer, sell and provide the approved products and services at your Chatime Store in a manner that meets our System standards and specifications. We will provide you with a list of our then-current approved products and services, along with their standards and specifications, as part of the Operations Manual or otherwise in writing prior to the opening of your Chatime Store. We may update or modify this list in writing at any time.
We have the right to require you to purchase any items or services necessary to establish and operate your Chatime Store from a supplier that we approve or designate, which may include us or one of our affiliates.
