You may only offer or sell products we approve and you will offer for sale the full menu we prescribe.
We may add, delete, or change approved products that you are required to offer at your Chatime Store at any time in our discretion. There are no limits on our right to add, delete, or change approved products. You may only use products, materials, ingredients, supplies, paper goods, uniforms, fixtures, furnishings, signage, and equipment we approve and you will follow methods of product preparation and delivery that meet our requirements.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Chatime's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to offer the full menu that Chatime prescribes. Franchisees must offer for sale the complete range of food and beverages on the Chatime Menu and prepare these items according to the Chatime Menu specifications. Franchisees are also prohibited from offering, selling, or supplying any food or beverages that are not specified on the Chatime Menu.
This requirement ensures uniformity across all Chatime locations, maintaining brand consistency and customer expectations. Chatime retains the right to modify the approved product list at any time, which means franchisees must adapt to menu changes as directed by Chatime.
To comply with the menu requirements, franchisees must acquire all products, including raw materials, needed to prepare Chatime Menu items exclusively from approved suppliers. This ensures that all ingredients and products meet Chatime's standards for quality and consistency. Franchisees must strictly comply with Chatime's requirements relating to the Chatime Menu and the preparation of food items, as detailed in the Operations Manual or as otherwise specified by Chatime.
