Are the Chatime Managing Owner and Operating Manager required to attend and complete training programs?

If either the Managing Owner or Operating Manager does not satisfactorily complete the initial training, or if Chatime determines they cannot complete the program, Chatime may train a qualified replacement at the franchisee's expense. This replacement must be reasonably acceptable to Chatime and appointed within 30 days. Chatime may also require the franchisee, guarantor, and any senior managers to complete further formal training programs during the initial term at a location they designate.
