for the development and operation of Outlets, including color schemes, signs, equipment, layouts, systems, methods, procedures, designs, marketing and advertising standards, and formats which Franchisor may improve, further develop, or otherwise modify from time to time.
- (64) System Standards means the specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules of the System that Franchisor prescribes for the operation of Outlets included in the Operations Manual and any Operations Manual Addendum or Global Policies and Procedures, all of which Franchisor may improve, further develop or otherwise modify from time to time.
- (65) Terms of Trade means Franchisor's then-current standard trading terms and conditions, and as amended by Franchisor from time to time and notified either in writing by Franchisor to Franchisee or specified in the Operations Manual, which are currently as follows: Trading condition: Ex Works California or other Chatime wholesale facility in the continental United States.
