According to Chatime's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, fees for the technology stack are payable either to the designated supplier directly or to Chatime if so designated. The technology stack includes systems like the Revel point of sale system, customer-facing self-serve kiosks, digital menu boards, Olo delivery aggregator middleware, the Como Chatime digital application and CRM, and Deputy time and attendance software. The cost of purchasing or leasing these systems is estimated to be between $10,500 and $14,000.
