- 1/ Athena Olsen will supervise our training program. Carla Dusel and Laura Tuttle will also serve as one of the training instructors. Ms. Olsen has 16 years of experience in the canine care business (including with franchisees of BVI) and has over 6 years of experience with us and our predecessor BVI. Ms. Dusel has 15 years of experience in the canine care business and 4 years of experience with us and our predecessor BVI. Mrs. Tuttle has over 25 years of experience in the canine care business and over 3 years of experience with us and our predecessor BVI. She is a pet first aid and CPR certified instructor.
