What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Central Bark Doggy Day Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted from creating or maintaining any online presence that references the franchised business or uses the brand's marks without prior written approval from Central Bark Doggy Day Care. This includes websites, domain names, email addresses, social media accounts, usernames, and any other form of online identification.
Central Bark Doggy Day Care has established a centralized website to promote its facilities, products, services, and franchise opportunities. The franchisor may provide franchisees with a microsite on the Franchise System Website. If a microsite is provided, the franchisee is obligated to supply all requested information and materials for its creation, updates, or modifications, promptly report any inaccuracies, notify the franchisor of any changes made (if permitted to modify the microsite), and pay the then-current setup and monthly maintenance fees.
Central Bark Doggy Day Care retains ownership of all rights to the Franchise System Website and its content, including the franchisee's microsite, domain names, visitor data, and any personal or business information submitted by users. The franchisor may use fund assets to develop, maintain, and update the Franchise System Website and may charge the franchisee a separate website fee. The franchisor has the right to update or modify the Franchise System Website, including the franchisee's microsite, at any time and has final approval over all content. The franchisee's microsite will remain active only while the franchisee is in full compliance with the agreement and all applicable system standards. Upon default, the franchisor may suspend or remove the microsite until the default is resolved, and upon expiration or termination of the agreement, the microsite will be permanently removed.
Franchisees are required to include the Franchise System Website's domain name in all advertising and promotional materials as specified by Central Bark Doggy Day Care. This policy ensures brand consistency and control over the online representation of the Central Bark Doggy Day Care brand.
