What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Central Bark Doggy Day Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Multi-Unit Rights Fee is paid to Central Bark Doggy Day Care itself. This fee is required when a franchisee commits to opening multiple Central Bark Doggy Day Care locations under a Multi-Unit Franchise Agreement (MUFA). The fee is paid when signing the Multi-Unit Franchise Agreement.
The Multi-Unit Rights Fee is calculated based on the number of Central Bark Doggy Day Care facilities the franchisee agrees to develop. The fee is $15,000 multiplied by the number of facilities, less one. For instance, committing to two facilities results in a $15,000 fee, while committing to five facilities requires a $75,000 fee.
