- (c) We may consider, and you will provide or assist us in compiling, any information we deem necessary or appropriate in connection with our assessment of a proposed Assignment. If we elect to approve a proposed Assignment, we may, at our discretion, condition our approval in any manner we deem necessary and appropriate to protect the Central Bark brand and our interests in the System and this Agreement, including any of the following (each of which you agree is reasonable):
- (i) you and any person or entity obligated under this Agreement or Guaranty must be in compliance with your or its obligations;
- (ii) you and the proposed assignee and its owners (if the assignee is a Business Entity) must provide all information and documents we request regarding the Assignment and the proposed assignee and its owners or Affiliates;
- (iii) you must provide us with executed versions of any relevant documents to effect the Assignment, and all other information we request about the proposed Assignment;

According to Central Bark Doggy Day Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee proposes an assignment of their franchise agreement, Central Bark Doggy Day Care may request any information it deems necessary to assess the proposed assignment.
Specifically, the franchisee and the proposed assignee (along with its owners, if the assignee is a business entity) must provide all information and documents that Central Bark Doggy Day Care requests regarding the assignment, the proposed assignee, and its owners or affiliates. Additionally, the franchisee must provide Central Bark Doggy Day Care with executed versions of any relevant documents to effect the assignment, as well as any other information Central Bark Doggy Day Care requests about the proposed assignment.
Central Bark Doggy Day Care retains the discretion to condition its approval of a proposed assignment in any manner it deems necessary to protect the Central Bark brand and its interests in the system and the franchise agreement. This includes ensuring that the franchisee and any person or entity obligated under the agreement are in compliance with their obligations.
