Franchisee agrees to complete all required development and open the Franchised Business for business within three hundred (300) days after the date of this Agreement. Once Franchisee has commenced operation of the Franchised Business, Franchisee must actively and continuously operate the Franchised Business for the entire duration of the term.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Central Bark Doggy Day Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must complete all required development and open their franchised business within 300 days after the date of the Franchise Agreement.
Prior to opening, the franchisee must also commence marketing activities 90 days before opening the Central Bark Doggy Day Care location. During this 90-day marketing period, Central Bark Doggy Day Care highly recommends that franchisees acquire at least 100 completed customer enrollment forms, unless prohibited by law.
Central Bark Doggy Day Care also requires that the franchisee obtain prior written approval from them before opening the franchised business. Central Bark Doggy Day Care, at its option, is permitted to conduct a final inspection of the premises and may require corrections or modifications to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
