Franchisor shall be permitted, at Franchisor's option, to conduct a final inspection of the premises and may require such corrections and modifications as Franchisor deems necessary to bring the premises into compliance with approved plans and specifications. Franchisee agrees that the Franchised Business will not open for business until Franchisee has satisfied all of its preopening obligations under this Agreement (including Section III.F), and Franchisee has obtained Franchisor's prior written approval. Franchisee agrees to complete all required development and open the Franchised Business for business within three hundred (300) days after the date of this Agreement. Once Franchisee has commenced operation of the Franchised Business, Franchisee must actively and continuously operate the Franchised Business for the entire duration of the term.
