- (i) you and any person or entity obligated under this Agreement or Guaranty must be in compliance with your or its obligations;
- (ii) you and the proposed assignee and its owners (if the assignee is a Business Entity) must provide all information and documents we request regarding the Assignment and the proposed assignee and its owners or Affiliates;
- (iii) you must provide us with executed versions of any relevant documents to effect the Assignment, and all other information we request about the proposed Assignment;

According to Central Bark Doggy Day Care's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee wants to assign their franchise agreement, both they and any person or entity obligated under the agreement or guaranty must be in compliance with their obligations. This means the franchisee must not be in default of any terms or conditions of the franchise agreement.
Additionally, the franchisee and the proposed assignee, along with its owners (if the assignee is a business entity), must provide all information and documents that Central Bark Doggy Day Care requests regarding the assignment and the proposed assignee and its owners or affiliates. This could include financial statements, business plans, and other relevant information to assess the assignee's suitability.
Finally, the franchisee must provide Central Bark Doggy Day Care with executed versions of any relevant documents to effect the assignment, as well as any other information the company requests about the proposed assignment. Central Bark Doggy Day Care retains the discretion to condition its approval of the assignment in any manner it deems necessary and appropriate to protect the Central Bark brand and its interests in the system and the agreement.
