11.2 Maintenance of Computer System.
To ensure full operational efficiency and optimum communication capability between and among computer systems installed by Franchisee, Franchisor, and other franchisees, Franchisee agrees, at its expense, to keep its Computer System in good maintenance and repair, and, at its expense, to promptly install such additions, changes, modifications, substitutions and/or replacements to Franchisee's Computer System as Franchisor periodically directs.

Franchisees must purchase PCI compliance software from an approved third-party provider and ensure that all operating systems software is regularly maintained, updated, and compliant with PCI standards.
