What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cd One Price Cleaners' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee (or their Designated Principal), along with either the store's general manager or assistant manager, must complete the Initial PUD Training to the franchisor's satisfaction before the franchisee can offer Pickup and Delivery (PUD) Services. This training focuses on the performance of PUD Services and the use of the Order Processing System.
After the franchisee and their managers complete the Initial PUD Training, they are responsible for training the Cd One Price Cleaners' drivers and other personnel on how to perform PUD Services and use the Order Processing System, following the PUD Standards set by the franchisor. This ensures that all staff involved in the PUD Services are properly trained and adhere to the franchisor's standards.
This requirement ensures that the Cd One Price Cleaners franchisee and key personnel are well-versed in the specific procedures and systems for providing PUD Services, maintaining service quality and consistency across all franchise locations. By training their own staff, the franchisee takes direct responsibility for ensuring that the PUD services are executed correctly and efficiently.
