You also must submit to us for our approval all construction and remodeling plans and specifications before beginning build-out for your Store and all revised or "as built" plans and specifications as they are prepared during construction and development.
Our review is limited to ensuring your compliance with our design requirements and Operating Standards.
Our review is not designed to assess compliance with federal, state, or local laws and regulations, including the
ADA, as compliance with these laws is your responsibility. We may, but have no obligation to, periodically inspect the Store's site during its development. (Franchise Agreement – Section 3.2)

Cd One Price Cleaners provides franchisees with mandatory and suggested specifications and sample layouts for a store, including design and decor requirements.
It is the franchisee's responsibility to prepare all construction and remodeling plans and specifications to suit the store, ensuring compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), local ordinances, building codes, permit, and lease requirements. The franchisee must use the architect and general contractor designated by Cd One Price Cleaners. All construction and remodeling plans and specifications must be submitted to Cd One Price Cleaners for approval before the build-out begins.
Cd One Price Cleaners' review is limited to ensuring compliance with their design requirements and operating standards, but it is not designed to assess compliance with federal, state, or local laws and regulations, including the ADA. Compliance with these laws remains the franchisee's responsibility. Cd One Price Cleaners may periodically inspect the store's site during development but has no obligation to do so.
