- PUD Territory and Launching PUD Services. The "PUD Territory" means the geographic area described on Exhibit A. Subject to this Section 3, Franchisee shall advertise, market, offer and provide PUD Services only in the PUD Territory, and Franchisee may not provide any PUD Services to any location outside the PUD Territory.
