- B. Franchisor offers a program to provide pickup and delivery services that Franchisor specifies (as Franchisor may periodically modify them, collectively, the "PUD Services") from the Store, and Franchisee agrees to provide PUD Services from the Store, and obtain services from COW, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Franchise Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained in this Addendum and in the Franchise Agreement and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

According to the 2025 Cd One Price Cleaners FDD, PUD Services refer to the pickup and delivery services offered by the franchise from the store location. Cd One Price Cleaners offers a program to provide these pickup and delivery services, which the franchisee agrees to provide in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement and its addendum. The franchisor may periodically modify these services.
Cd One Price Cleaners requires franchisees to use specific trademarks and service marks for PUD Services, such as "CD One Pickup & Delivery" and/or "CD One Pickup & Delivery Powered by Scamper™." Standard Customers are those who enroll through the Order Processing System under standard terms, while Non-Standard Customers have differing terms, subject to franchisor and COW (the designated order processing service) approval. Franchisees cannot offer PUD Services outside their designated territory or to unapproved customers.
Cd One Price Cleaners uses COW as the exclusive provider of order processing services for PUD Services, managing orders through an Order Processing System that includes a website and mobile app. Customers pay for PUD Services through a designated Payment Processor. The franchisor also requires an initial grand opening advertising and marketing program for PUD Services, with the franchisee spending approximately $10,000 and the Marketing Fund contributing $7,500, totaling $17,500 within the first nine months after the PUD Start Date.
