If you sign the PUD Addendum, we will provide an initial training program on the performance of PUD Services and the use of the Order Processing System (defined below) (the "Initial PUD Training"). We plan to be flexible in scheduling Initial PUD Training. There currently are no fixed (i.e., monthly or bi-monthly) training schedules for these programs. We provide these training programs before the you plan to start providing PUD Services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cd One Price Cleaners' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee signs the PUD Addendum, Cd One Price Cleaners will provide an initial training program on performing PUD (Pick-Up and Delivery) Services and using the Order Processing System. This Initial PUD Training is scheduled flexibly, without fixed monthly or bi-monthly schedules. Cd One Price Cleaners provides these training programs before the franchisee plans to start offering PUD Services.
The franchisee (or their Designated Principal) and the Store's general manager or assistant manager must complete the Initial PUD Training before providing PUD Services. If Cd One Price Cleaners determines that the franchisee or their personnel lack the necessary skills, the Franchise Agreement may be terminated. After completing the training, the franchisee's trained personnel must train drivers and other personnel on PUD Services and the Order Processing System, following the PUD Standards.
Cd One Price Cleaners offers the Initial PUD Training at no additional charge. However, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses, including transportation, lodging, meals, and compensation for participants. Franchisees cannot begin providing PUD Services until Cd One Price Cleaners and COW (the order processing service provider) notify them that their personnel have completed the training and COW has finished adapting and testing the Order Processing System, including setting up the territory. The franchisee must begin providing PUD Services within 10 business days after receiving this notice, which is referred to as the "PUD Start Date."
