ADA, as compliance with these laws is your responsibility. We may, but have no obligation to, periodically inspect the Store's site during its development. (Franchise Agreement – Section 3.2)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cd One Price Cleaners's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cd One Price Cleaners may, but has no obligation to, periodically inspect the Store's site during its development. However, the review conducted by Cd One Price Cleaners is limited to ensuring compliance with their design requirements and Operating Standards.
Cd One Price Cleaners's review is not designed to assess compliance with federal, state, or local laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Compliance with these laws is the franchisee's responsibility.
Therefore, while Cd One Price Cleaners might inspect the site, it is primarily the franchisee's responsibility to ensure the site complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the ADA. The franchisee must also use the architect specified by Cd One Price Cleaners to design the store and their designated general contractor to oversee the store's development.
