Franchisee agrees to provide the PUD Services from the Store during the term of this Addendum in accordance with the PUD Standards and the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Franchise Agreement. Franchisee must offer all PUD Services that Franchisor periodically specifies. Franchisee shall use its best efforts to maximize the Gross Revenue generated by the PUD Services, subject to and in compliance with this Addendum and the Franchise Agreement.

- Training. Franchisor agrees to provide an initial training program to Franchisee on the performance of PUD Services and the use of the Order Processing System (the "Initial PUD Training"). Franchisee (or its Designated Principal) and either the Store's general manager or assistant manager must complete the Initial PUD Training to Franchisor's satisfaction before Franchisee may provide PUD Services. Franchisee's trained personnel must then provide training to Franchisee's drivers and other personnel on the performance of PUD Services and the use of the Order Processing System in accordance with the PUD Standards.

- PUD Territory and Launching PUD Services. The "PUD Territory" means the geographic area described on Exhibit A. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Cd One Price Cleaners FDD, a franchisee must offer all Pickup and Delivery (PUD) Services that the franchisor specifies. The franchisee also needs to use their best efforts to maximize gross revenue generated by the PUD Services, while adhering to the addendum and the Franchise Agreement.
The franchisor agrees to provide an initial training program to the franchisee on performing PUD Services and using the Order Processing System. Before offering PUD Services, the franchisee (or their Designated Principal) and either the Store's general manager or assistant manager must complete the Initial PUD Training to the Franchisor's satisfaction. The franchisee must advertise, market, offer, and provide PUD Services only within the PUD Territory. They cannot begin providing PUD Services until the franchisor notifies the franchisee and COW (presumably a third-party logistics provider) that the franchisee's personnel have completed the Initial PUD Training and COW has.
