According to Cd One Price Cleaners' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial PUD (Pick-Up and Delivery) Training primarily takes place at a CD store in Illinois, at the corporate headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, or via online training. This training is essential for franchisees who sign the PUD Addendum and want to offer PUD services.

The FDD specifies that the franchisee (or their Designated Principal) and either the store's general manager or assistant manager must complete the Initial PUD Training before providing PUD services. Cd One Price Cleaners may terminate the Franchise Agreement if they determine that the franchisee or their personnel do not possess the necessary skills to properly provide PUD services.

Cd One Price Cleaners does not charge an additional fee for the Initial PUD Training, but the franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred during the training, including transportation, lodging, meals, and compensation for participants. Franchisees cannot begin offering PUD services until Cd One Price Cleaners and COW (the order processing service provider) confirm that the franchisee's personnel have completed the training and COW has finished all necessary adaptations and testing of the Order Processing System.
