According to the 2025 FDD, a Cd One Price Cleaners franchisee must comply with all terms of their lease agreement. More specifically, the franchisee must refrain from any activity that might put their, the franchisor's, or the franchisor's designee's rights to remain in possession of the property or to renew the lease in jeopardy.
