What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cd One Price Cleaners' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must clean and process garments and other approved items for Pickup and Delivery (PUD) services exclusively at the Store location. This requirement applies to both Standard Customers and approved Non-Standard Customers.
This means that a Cd One Price Cleaners franchisee cannot outsource the cleaning or processing of PUD items to another facility or handle it from a location other than the designated Store. This ensures quality control and consistency in service delivery, as all cleaning and processing are centralized at the franchised location.
The franchisee is responsible for adhering to this stipulation as part of their agreement to provide PUD services. Failure to comply could result in a breach of the franchise agreement. This also means that the franchisee must have the appropriate equipment and capacity at their Store to handle the volume of garments collected through the PUD service.
