Who must execute the Guaranty for a Cd One Price Cleaners sublease if the subtenant is an entity?

According to Cd One Price Cleaners' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the subtenant for a sublease is an entity other than an individual, all holders of any direct or indirect ownership interest in the subtenant must execute a Guaranty. This Guaranty is attached to the sublease as Exhibit B.

The purpose of this Guaranty is to ensure that the obligations of the subtenant are met. By signing the Guaranty, the holders of ownership interest in the subtenant personally, irrevocably, and unconditionally guarantee, jointly and severally, with all other guarantors, the full payment and performance of the subtenant's obligations under the sublease.
