When are the annual financial statements due from a Cd One Price Cleaners franchisee?

According to Cd One Price Cleaners's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit financial statements covering each fiscal year to Cd One Price Cleaners within sixty (60) days after the end of each fiscal year. These statements should follow the forms and formats that Cd One Price Cleaners specifies. At Cd One Price Cleaners's option, these annual financial statements may need to be accompanied by a review report from an independent certified public accountant approved by Cd One Price Cleaners.

In addition to annual financial statements, Cd One Price Cleaners franchisees are also required to submit financial statements showing the results of operations for each fiscal month, including year-to-date information, within fifteen (15) days after the end of each fiscal month. Franchisees must also submit their federal and state tax returns within five (5) days of filing. However, if the franchisee is an individual, they may choose to submit only the schedules to their personal tax filings that reflect the revenues and expenses of the store.

Cd One Price Cleaners also requires franchisees to provide daily operating reports, reflecting the store's operations during the previous day, and weekly reports of the store's gross revenues. The weekly gross revenue report is due by the close of the first business day of the following week, or at another time specified by Cd One Price Cleaners. By submitting these reports and information, the franchisee represents that the reports and information are true and correct.
