Franchisee shall develop, operate and manage the Franchised Business from an Administrative Office, that: (a) was identified and evaluated by Franchisee; (b) complies with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (c) satisfies and meets Franchisor's standards and specifications; (d) is timely presented by Franchisee to Franchisor for approval as Franchisee's proposed Administrative Office; (e) is approved by Franchisor as Franchisee's Administrative Office; (f) is timely secured by Franchisee within 60 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, as evidenced by a binding lease with a duration equal to the full Term of this Agreement; and (g) otherwise meets the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Franchisor's standards and specifications.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must secure an administrative office within 60 days of the effective date of the franchise agreement. This is evidenced by a binding lease with a duration equal to the full term of the agreement.
The administrative office must meet Casiola's standards and specifications, as detailed in the Operations Manual. The location of the office requires written approval from Casiola. The office should not be accessible to the public or customers. Depending on local laws, the franchisee's personal residence may serve as the administrative office; otherwise, a commercial location within the operating market is necessary.
Before leasing or purchasing a proposed administrative office, the franchisee must provide Casiola with all required information about the location. Casiola will then respond to the franchisee's request for approval within 30 days of receiving the complete information. If Casiola disapproves of the proposed location, the franchisee is still responsible for identifying and obtaining approval for an alternative location within the original 60-day timeframe. Disapproval by Casiola does not extend this deadline.
