Under what conditions does Casiola reserve the right to modify its System?

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola retains the right to supplement, modify, and/or discontinue elements of its system at any time. These modifications are enacted under Casiola's Reasonable Business Judgment.

This "Reasonable Business Judgment" allows Casiola to make decisions and take actions with the intention of benefitting the system. Factors that Casiola may consider include the franchisor's profits, enhancing the value of licensed marks, increasing customer satisfaction, minimizing potential customer confusion, determining operating market markets, expanding brand awareness, implementing marketing and accounting control systems, and approving products, services, supplies, and equipment.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that Casiola can make changes to various aspects of the business, such as the required products and services, marketing strategies, or the technology used, provided they believe it will benefit the overall Casiola system.
