What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is not allowed to move their Administrative Office outside of their designated Operating Market. If a Casiola franchisee wants to relocate their Administrative Office to another commercial facility within their Operating Market, they must first get written consent from Casiola.
Casiola will not unreasonably withhold consent for relocation, assuming the franchisee is following the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, the new facility must meet Casiola's current standards and specifications at the time of the requested move.
It is important to note that a franchisee cannot operate their Casiola franchise from a residential location if that residence is outside of the designated Operating Market. This policy ensures that the administrative operations remain within the approved territory and adhere to Casiola's standards, maintaining brand consistency and operational control.
