What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may operate their Casiola business from a home-based administrative office if permitted by local law. If operating from a home-based office is not allowed, the franchisee is responsible for selecting a site for their administrative office, which must be approved by Casiola.

Whether operating from a home office or a business office, the location must be within the operating market of the Casiola business or in close proximity, defined as no more than a 40-minute drive. If the franchisee chooses to lease a back-end administrative office or operations center, it must be located within the operating market and approved by Casiola.

Casiola will respond to a proposed location request within 30 days of receiving all necessary information and documentation. The franchisor will consider the characteristics of the proposed site, whether it meets the criteria for non-retail back-office operations, and its location relative to the overall operating market and proximity to other franchisee territories.
