What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola may require franchisees and their Operating Managers to participate in supplemental on-site training at their discretion. This supplemental training may be required if the franchisee is not meeting the System's performance standards, as determined by Casiola.
If Casiola determines that supplemental training is necessary, it may provide this training on-site within the franchisee's Operating Market. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this training.
The supplemental training fee is currently $750 per on-site trainer per day, in addition to covering the travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Casiola. This means that franchisees need to be prepared for the possibility of additional training expenses if their Casiola business does not meet the franchisor's performance expectations.
