According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are specific instances where Casiola may require a franchisee or their operating manager to participate in supplemental training. Casiola retains the right to mandate supplemental training if, in their reasonable business judgment, they determine that a franchisee is not meeting the company's operational standards. Additionally, if a franchisee hires a new operating manager, Casiola may require that the new manager participate in and successfully complete supplemental training.

If Casiola decides to offer supplemental training, it may occur within the franchisee's operating market or remotely through online web-based conferencing. However, all requests for supplemental training are subject to Casiola's approval. The franchisee is responsible for paying a supplemental training fee of $750 per trainer per day, along with any applicable travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by Casiola. These fees must be prepaid before the training begins, upon submission of an invoice from Casiola.

Casiola must approve all individuals attending and participating in both the initial Training Program and any Supplemental Training programs. Participants must qualify as either an owner or operating manager and must have executed the Owner Agreement and Guaranty or the Confidentiality Agreement before training.
