What must the transferee assume regarding the Casiola franchisee's obligations under the agreement?

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a transferee—the party to whom a franchise is being transferred—must assume all of the existing franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement, Ancillary Agreements, and all applicable Rental Agreements. This means the transferee takes on the full responsibility for fulfilling all the duties and responsibilities the original franchisee had committed to. Each individual owner of the transferee must also agree to these terms.
