What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Casiola Franchise Disclosure Document, a Managing Owner, whether it's the franchisee or a designated individual for a corporate entity, has specific training and licensing obligations. The Managing Owner must be approved by Casiola and dedicate their full-time efforts to managing and operating the franchise.
Specifically, the Managing Owner is required to satisfactorily complete Casiola's initial training program. This training is designed to equip the Managing Owner with the knowledge and skills necessary to run the Casiola business effectively. Additionally, the Managing Owner must obtain all required licenses and permits necessary to operate a Casiola Business within their Operating Market. These licenses and permits will vary depending on local, municipal, county, and state regulations.
The appointed Managing Owner must attend and successfully complete the Training Program within 60 days of the appointment. Not less than 20 days prior to the opening of your Casiola Business you or your Managing Owner and one management level employee or Owner must attend and complete our initial training program. Casiola's current training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at their training facility located in Orlando, Florida. The training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period.
