What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, supplemental training fees are due in advance of the training. Casiola requires that the franchisee prepay these fees upon submission of an invoice from Casiola.
Supplemental training may be required if a franchisee hires a new Operating Manager or if Casiola determines that the franchisee is not meeting operational standards. The franchisor must approve any requests for supplemental training.
The supplemental training fee is $750 per trainer per day, in addition to reimbursement for travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by Casiola, if applicable. This means a franchisee should budget not only for the training fee itself but also for potential travel-related costs incurred by the trainer.
