You must develop and operate your Casiola Business in conformity with the specifications, procedures, criteria, and requirements that we designate in our confidential operations manual and other proprietary manuals that we designate and as we may supplement and modify from time to time (collectively, the "Manuals"). If permitted by law, you may administratively operate your Casiola Business from a home based administrative office. Your home office or, if you elect to operate from a business office, must be located within the operating market of your Casiola Business or within close proximity to the operating market (not more than a 40 minute drive) of your Casiola Business.
Franchise Agreement
You may enter into a Franchise Agreement in the form attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit E to develop and operate a Casiola Business within an Operating Market and in conformity with the requirements of our System. At the time of signing the Franchise Agreement we will designate a geographic area comprising your Operating Market. Your right to use the System will be limited to offering and providing our Approved Services and Products within your Operating Market using only our System Supplies, the Licensed Marks and the specifications and requirements set forth in our Manuals and as otherwise constituting a part of our System.

This affiliate maintains a principal business address at 14500 Velleux Dr, Orlando, Florida 32837. This affiliate is the owner of all Casiola intellectual property, including, but not limited to internet domains, trade and service marks, websites, proprietary software, phone numbers, copyrights, etc. This affiliate has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business.
Casiola Payments LLC
Our affiliate Casiola Payments LLC is a Florida limited liability company established on January 5th, 2022. This affiliate maintains a principal business address at 6751 Forum Drive, Suite 230, Orlando, Florida 32821. This affiliate provides payment processing services to franchisees. This affiliate has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business.
Casiola (Orlando) LLC
Our affiliate Casiola LLC is a Florida limited liability company established on January 30, 2014. This affiliate maintains a principal business address at 6751 Forum Drive, Suite 230, Orlando, Florida 32821. This affiliate operates a business that is the same as or similar to the Franchised Business.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific guidelines and requirements to operate their business. Casiola franchisees must operate their business in accordance with the specifications, procedures, criteria, and requirements outlined in the confidential operations manual and other proprietary manuals, which may be supplemented and modified by Casiola from time to time. These manuals collectively dictate how the Franchised Business should function. Franchisees must also use designated booking platforms, online travel agencies, damage waiver fee agreements, insurance products, customer support, invoicing, management systems, and materials designated by Casiola, referred to as "System Supplies."
The Casiola system includes approved services and products that Casiola designates, and may modify, add to, or discontinue. Franchisees are granted the right to use the Casiola System, which is limited to offering and providing approved services and products within their designated Operating Market. This use must align with the System Supplies, Licensed Marks, and the specifications and requirements detailed in Casiola's manuals. Franchisees are required to use the Casiola trademark, registered logo, and other trademarks and trade dress designated by Casiola.
Casiola franchisees may operate from a home-based administrative office if permitted by law. Whether operating from a home office or a business office, the location must be within the operating market of the Casiola Business or in close proximity, defined as no more than a 40-minute drive from the operating market. This location restriction ensures that franchisees can effectively manage and oversee their business operations within their designated territory.
