What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola selects the reputation management platform used to measure customer satisfaction.
Casiola franchisees' monthly customer satisfaction is measured using a platform designated or selected by Casiola. If a franchisee's customer satisfaction rating falls below 4.0 stars out of 5, or their net promoter score is below 50, they must pay a non-compliance fee. This fee ranges from $250 to $750 per month for each month of non-compliance.
If the non-compliance continues for more than three months, Casiola has the right to increase the fee up to $750 per month. This fee is payable to Casiola upon demand. This policy ensures that all Casiola franchisees maintain a certain level of customer satisfaction, as measured by Casiola's chosen platform, and provides a financial incentive for franchisees to meet these standards.
