According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Sales CRM fee, which is currently $49 per month per user (subject to increase), is collected monthly on the first Thursday of each month. Casiola will either pre-deduct the fee from Gross Sales received from customers of the Franchised Business or, if applicable, automatically deduct it from the franchisee's bank account via ACH or other designated means.
