Initial Training

If this is your first Casiola Business, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus up to three designated managers. At the time of signing your Franchise Agreement you will pay to us our Initial Training Fee. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to our satisfaction no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Casiola Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period. If more than four individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional person attending initial training. You will be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. (Franchise Agreement, Article 4). Currently, we provide our initial training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis.

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are opening your first Casiola Business, either you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus up to three designated managers will receive initial training. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to Casiola's satisfaction no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Casiola Business.

The initial training program takes place over approximately 10 days. Casiola provides its initial training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis. The training will be held at the facilities that Casiola designates, which is currently comprised of their affiliate owned Casiola Business located in Orlando, Florida and at the certified training Casiola Business that they may designate in the future.

If more than four individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional person attending initial training. You will also be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. If you need to replace your operating manager, the replacement Operating Manager must complete, to Casiola's satisfaction, their initial training program. You will be required to pay Casiola's then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $750 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending initial training.
