What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Relocation fee is due 'on demand.' If a Casiola franchisee requests to relocate their franchise and Casiola approves this request, the franchisee will be responsible for paying a $2,000 relocation fee.

The term 'on demand' typically means that the fee is payable immediately when Casiola requests it, rather than on a fixed schedule. This gives Casiola some flexibility in when they require the payment.

As with other fees, Casiola may elect to directly collect the Gross Sales of your Casiola Business and pre-deduct all fees and payments due to them. Casiola may also require payment from you subject to their specification and instruction, including their election to have fees automatically drafted from your business bank account or automatically debited or charged to your business bank account.
