We do not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. If you receive any other financial performance information or projections of your future income, you should report it to the franchisor's management by contacting Russ Kraft, Director of Franchise Operations, Casiola Franchise LLC, at 6751 Forum Dr, Ste 230, Orlando, Florida 32821, and (800) 486-6650, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies.
Written substantiation of the data used in preparing these sales figures will be made available to you upon reasonable request.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola does not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance, nor does it authorize employees or representatives to do so, either orally or in writing. However, if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing outlet, Casiola may provide the actual records of that outlet.
Casiola includes some financial performance data for a company-owned outlet in Miami, stating "Some Outlets have earned this amount. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance that you'll earn as much." This statement is a general disclaimer, emphasizing that past performance is not indicative of future results and that a franchisee's individual outcome may vary.
The FDD also advises franchisees to report any unauthorized financial performance information or projections they receive to Casiola's management, the Federal Trade Commission, and appropriate state regulatory agencies. Casiola will make available written substantiation of the data used in preparing these sales figures upon reasonable request.
