What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Phone System fee is charged monthly on the first Thursday of each month. The current fee is $30 per month for each phone line established.
The FDD specifies that Casiola will pre-deduct this fee from the Gross Sales received from customers of the Franchised Business. If this is not applicable, the fee will be automatically deducted from the franchisee's bank account via ACH or another designated method.
As a prospective franchisee, it's important to budget for this ongoing monthly expense. Franchisees should also ensure they understand the process for payment, whether it will be deducted from gross sales or directly from their bank account, and to have the necessary banking arrangements in place to avoid any payment issues.
