Who pays the Commission+ Fees for a Casiola Business?

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Commission+ Fees are paid directly to Casiola by the customers of each Casiola Business. These fees are for property management services and other approved services and products, excluding Ancillary Third Party Service Fees. Casiola determines the amount of these Commission+ Fees, which are typically calculated as a percentage of the Gross Rental Revenues+ of a property managed by the Casiola Business.

Gross Rental Revenues+ include all revenues, sales, receipts, and fees paid by the end-user customer for services such as rental, leasing, property management, insuring, servicing, reserving, and/or use of a property. These revenues do not include taxes collected and remitted to the proper taxing authority, nor do they include Ancillary Third Party Service Fees.
