Our affiliate Casiola Worldwide LLC is a Florida limited liability company established on August 2nd, 2021. This affiliate maintains a principal business address at 14500 Velleux Dr, Orlando, Florida 32837. This affiliate is the owner of all Casiola intellectual property, including, but not limited to internet domains, trade and service marks, websites, proprietary software, phone numbers, copyrights, etc. This affiliate has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola Worldwide LLC, an affiliate of Casiola, owns all intellectual property related to the brand. This includes internet domains, trade and service marks, websites, proprietary software, phone numbers, and copyrights. Casiola Worldwide LLC grants Casiola a license to use these Licensed Marks for an initial term of 20 years, with automatic renewal thereafter, to license to Casiola franchisees.
Casiola reserves the right to modify the marks used in connection with the franchise. Franchisees are only authorized to use the Licensed Marks as permitted in writing by Casiola and under the terms of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees cannot use the Licensed Marks in the name of any corporate entity they establish.
Under the Franchise Agreement, franchisees are granted a license to use the "Casiola" trademark and other identified marks in the operation of their Franchised Business. Even if the License Agreement between Casiola Worldwide LLC and Casiola is terminated, franchisees will retain the right to use the marks as per their Franchise Agreement. Casiola also designates System Supplies, which include items like booking platforms and management systems, and the System Website, located at casiola.com.
