e each trainer's satisfactory completion of our initial training program. In addition to initial training, you will also be required to participate in and satisfy all other training programs that we may designate respecting the Franchised Business. (Franchise Agreement, Articles 4 and 7.J.).
After the opening of your Casiola Business, we reserve the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Casiola Business in Orlando, Florida and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.
ITEM 12 TERRITORY
Your Location
Under the Franchise Agreement, we will grant to you the right to develop and operate one Casiola Business within a designated Operating Market (your "Operating Market").
Grant of Territory
The scope of your Operating Market will vary from the scope and size of the operating territories of other franchisees in our System depending on local factors, market conditions, and the number of Territories that you purchase at the time of signing your Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in additional training programs after the initial training. Casiola may require franchisees (or their Managing Owner) to attend a system-wide training program that Casiola establishes at its discretion. This System-Wide Training Program will be offered from Casiola's affiliate-owned business in Orlando, Florida.
Franchisees are responsible for all travel expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages incurred while attending the System-Wide Training Program. Casiola will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than five days in any calendar year.
Casiola may also require franchisees and their Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training at Casiola's discretion. If a franchisee is not meeting System performance standards, Casiola may provide supplemental on-site training within the franchisee's Operating Market. The franchisee will be required to pay the then-current supplemental training fee, which is currently $750 per on-site trainer per day, plus travel, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Casiola.
